Rental Rates:
Rates are based on double occupancy & vary based on demand.
Each additional person, including children, will be an additional $25 per night.
Maximum Occupancy at The Guest House is four (4) people.
Maximum Occupancy at Studio 555 is four (4) people.
Maximum Occupancy at the Loft is two (2) people.
A Deposit may be required for stays over two nights and for stays with more than two individuals renting.
Please note that parties are not allowed on the properties. If you do wish to have a gathering which exceeds the maximum property occupancy listed above you must notify us in advance - We will be happy to accommodate. Please note that additional cleaning fees between $75 - $200 will be incurred.
Making a Reservation:
Please make reservations online at http://www.smallbatchlodging.com or contact 740.877.3186 with special requests or questions.
* When making a reservation, a hold will be issued to your credit card for the entire balance of your stay. The total balance of your stay will be due two weeks prior to your arrival.
* We accept Payment in the form of Credit Card, Debit Card, Checks & Cash. Please note - a returned check will result in a $100 fee.
It is not our responsibility for mistakes in the booking information supplied by guests and only provided accommodation in accordance with the details received.
We will accept bookings from persons over the age of 25 years. This person will be deemed responsible for their party and all members therein. The booking is valid only for those named at the time of the booking and may not be transferred or re-sold.
We do not accept bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Small Batch Lodging may require two (2) or three (3) night minimum stays on particular weekends and holidays. There is a (3) night minimum stay, as well as increased rates, for, but not limited to, Denison graduation weekend, Big Red weekend, Denison Alumni weekend, and Granville Fourth of July.
Cancellation Policy:
• Small Batch Lodging operates under a strict cancellation policy.
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival time.
• In the event of a no show, cancellation, or reschedule with less than 14 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
• To avoid paying cancellation or reschedule costs, you must cancel your booking 14 days before the arrival date.
• All cancellations / reschedules must be received via phone or email at 740-877-3186 or mailto:smallbatchlodging@gmail.com. For a cancellation to be confirmed you must receive an email from Small Batch Lodging confirming your cancellation or a return phone call.
• For accommodations with a duration of ten (10) or more days, Small Batch Lodging requires a 30 day cancellation notice.
Check in – Check out Time:
Check in time is 4:00 PM.
Check out time is 11:00 AM.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in any room at The Broadway Guest House, Studio 555, or the Loft. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Breakages, Damage, & Theft:
Breakage, Damages or Theft of The Small Batch Lodging properties are subject to charges for repair or replacement at our discretion. Charges will be made to the organizer of the booking.
Noise:
There is a 10:00 PM noise ordinance in effect for the Village of Granville. We ask all guests to keep noise levels to an acceptable level. If you fail to comply, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave and forfeit any deposited money.
Pets:
No pets are allowed in the facilities without prior approval. We will consider pets at our locations for an additional $75 charge.
Important note: We reserve the right to change the card on file $200 if a pet is on the property without prior approval.
Guest Responsibilities:
o Leave used towels inside the basket in the hallway closet.
o Wash and put away all pots and pans.
o Please load & run the dishwasher – detergent is under sink.
o Please scan the property and ensure you are leaving it in good condition. Note: Additional fees will be charged if the property was not left as it was for you.
While every precaution is taken to provide for the security and comfort of our guests, you are responsible for your own property and personal items.

The Guest House, Studio 555, and the Loft are located in a peaceful area of Granville, Ohio. For any security concerns please contact our 24/7 on site staff at 740.877.3186.
Costs Recovery:
Costs incurred in the recovery of monies due will be added to the amount owed. These costs will include all legal fees, debt collection fees, small claims fees, sundry disbursements, late payment surcharge and any other amounts spent in the recovery of the debt.
Property Access:
We reserve the right to enter your room during your stay for the purposes of maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping and inspection.
